We have been with VBA Systems for two years. We had a significant gain in terms of hours invested in our process; we had 2 employees allocated to this activity and currently 1 employee is able to carry out the entire process (MIRO+ barcode) in 2 days around 700 notes.

We automated the SAP ME23N, MIGO, MIRO, F-51 and F110 process and this solution permeates several chains within our SAP.

The process, previously done manually and involving several employees, is now fully automated.

Some improvements were implemented as automation solutions based on VBA script have a maturity curve, but nothing that has hurt the process or generated wear and tear.

We acquired the product with the built-in maintenance contract and as mentioned above, in addition to the improvements to optimize the script's maturity curve, we didn't have the need for significant changes.

So far, we have not had any commercial problems with VBA and we are already moving towards 2 more automation projects.
